Are you looking for a campsite in a rural, wooded area where you can experience life on a farm? Then you might be looking for our farm campsite!
Our campsite is a cosy, small-scale farm campsite located in the beautiful surroundings of Wapse, in the province of Drenthe. The campsite is surrounded by nature, and you’ll get an up-close look at daily life on a working farm.
You can join the farmer for a visit to the barns, and we’re happy to explain anything you’d like to know.
Are you looking for a campsite full of organised entertainment? Then our place might not be for you. But if you enjoy a warm atmosphere and a bit of activity, you’ll feel right at home here. We have young children ourselves, and in consultation, a lot is possible!
Our campsite is small-scale and cosy, and we’re open to discussing what’s possible.
We have 13 pitches available. The field is spaciously laid out, giving you the peace and space to truly relax.
All thirteen pitches have an electricity hookup and their own water tap.
Our campsite is open from May 1st to September 1st.
We do recommend booking your spot in advance!

Our tents are beautiful! And they are fully equipped for two people.
The tents are equipped with their own grill and coffee maker, a kitchenette with accessories, electricity, water and an electric cooler, bed and kitchen linen and towels.

Your dog is welcome at the campsite, provided it is on a leash.
Is there wifi on the campsite?
Yes, free WiFi is available for guests.
Is there electricity and water in every place?
Yes, all pitches have a power and water point. Very handy!
What facilities are there?
There are sanitary facilities and the bell tents have their own kitchenette. But there are no other facilities on the camping site: for a restaurant or snack bar you will have to drive to the beautiful village of Vledder. But that is absolutely no punishment!
And that can also be done very well on a bicycle.
What sanitary facilities are there?
The campsite has a sanitary unit. It contains 7 toilets, 1 urinal, 4 showers, a sink with taps and an empty point for your chemical toilet.
Is there something for the kids to do?
There is no animation team on our campsite. But the environment is perfect for playing, building, discovering and much more!
So your children will not get bored easily.
They can once (together with the farmer) go into the stables and learn all sorts of things about farm life.
And building a campfire together in the evening is of course also fantastic!
Can you roam freely in the stables?
We would like to introduce you to the farm, but unfortunately it is not possible to walk in and out of the stables freely.
Due to your safety and the health of our livestock, unfortunately we cannot allow this.
